Program Description
Attendees will learn about the role and processes of assessment, evaluation, and remediation in supervision to promote supervisee knowledge, skills, and self-awareness. The importance of initial, formative, and summative assessment will be discussed, as well as expectations and standards related to the development and delivery of evaluations, monitoring supervisee performance, and providing feedback within the supervisory relationship. An overview of successful remediation processes and procedures for supervisee development will also be provided.
