How do I contact the Wellness Grove CEU program?

Where do I go to file a grievance?
Participants may email ceu@wellnessgrove.com for all grievances correlated with a Wellness Grove CEU Program event.
When can I expect to receive my CEU certificate?
Certificates will be issued via email within 2 week of the completion of the course evaluation.
What is your cancellation policy?
For Live Events, the Wellness Grove CEU Program collects the full payment for training/program attendance at the time of registration. If you are unable to attend the event, the fees for the program may be used for another equivalent continuing education training. A full refund will be issued if the attendee cancels at least seven days prior to the beginning of the scheduled event.
The Wellness Grove CEU Program reserves the right to cancel a training/workshop due to inadequate attendance, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. If a training/workshop is cancelled, attendees will be reimbursed for their registration fees. The Wellness Grove CEU Program will try to ensure that attendees are satisfied with their service; however, the program is not liable for any financial obligations other than the registration fees.
