Wellness Grove CEU Program Grievance Procedure
The Wellness Grove CEU Program is fully committed to upholding and maintaining all relevant legal and ethical standards pertaining to the provision of continuing education training and status as an approved continuing education provider. In addition, the Wellness Grove CEU Program will comply with all legal and ethical responsibilities to be non-discriminatory in activities, program content, and in the treatment of all program participants.
In the event that a participant or provider is not satisfied with their experience or believe they have been otherwise unfairly treated, the Wellness Grove CEU Program will ask that the complainant formally complete a written statement of their concern and send it to ceu@wellnessgrove.com. When this formal grievance comes to the attention of the appropriate recipient, intervention and/or action will take place to resolve the grievance in a timely and effective manner.
In all cases, the grievance will be reviewed, and a response will be given within 10 business days of receiving the formal grievance.
