Rachael DuBose, LPCC-S, CCTP

Rachael E. DuBose, M.S.Ed., LPCC-S, CCTP is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor Supervisor and founder of Be the Light Clinical Supervision and Consulting. She specializes in trauma-informed care,
culturally responsive practice, and has supported individuals with complex trauma across clinical, community, and justice-involved settings. Rachael facilitates various mental health trainings including Brave Space Supervision™️, Decolonizing Ethics, Understanding Trauma and Trauma Informed Care, QPR Suicide Prevention, and Adult Mental Health First Aid. She was featured in the 9th Edition of Who’s Who In Black Cincinnati (2023) and awarded the 2025 New Adult Mental Health First Aid Instructor of the Year by Mental Health First Aid Ohio. Rachael is actively involved with community organizations including Guiding Light Mentoring, Black Mental Wellness, and I.H.U. I Hear U!’s monthly wellness radio show. Rachael provides clinical supervision, professional development, and implementation-ready tools for organizations seeking sustainable, equity centered change, and is well-versed in translating evidence-based strategies into practical, actionable solutions for helping professionals.
