Program Description
Participants will explore core gerontological competencies through a multidisciplinary lens to better understand the complex needs of aging clients. The program emphasizes identifying and explaining key considerations when working with older adults. Learners will also develop the ability to critically evaluate and apply appropriate clinical interventions tailored to the unique needs of older adult clients across diverse care settings. By combining theory with practical application, this program equips participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to deliver compassionate and evidence-based care for our aging clients.
